Bio:
Brian represents individuals and organizations in negotiations, transactions, and dispute resolution. AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and named by Super Lawyers Maryland each year since 2012, Brian has broad experience in a wide range of civil matters. Brian serves as counsel to the Washington County Board of Elections, the towns of Sharpsburg and Clear Spring, and to a number of business, governmental and non-governmental organizations. He is a member of the Supreme Court of Maryland Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure, and the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission Peer Review Committee.
